This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had buying a motorcycle. Everyone I met was friendly and had answers for all my questions. My salesperson, Stephanie, was extremely knowledgeable on the motorcycles and I never felt pressured or rushed. I'm proud to be a part of the Legacy Harley-Davidson family!!! The only negative (if it is one) is that I would have liked to have received a complimentary "I Got Mine" dealership tshirt with the purchase of my motorcycle.

Boyfriend very happy
First of all I would like to say my boyfriend and I enjoy your store very much. Nearly every single associate is very inviting and polite. The selection of not only bikes but of accessories and parts makes my boyfriend very happy. We chose to shop at legacy because of the great selections, knowledgeable associates, ever so welcoming faces. He purchases all his parts/clothing from legacy although we didn't purchase the bike there. He is pleased having the ability to drive down there and order his parts and within days receive his shipment. We spend a lot of money in your store and have no regrets seeing as all of our needs are met except this one case. The reason we are upset is because of all the times we shop at legacy there is one cashier, who seems considerably rude every single time. She makes no attempt to greet us, seems always irritated by having to wait on us. The first time it happened we disregarded it giving her the benefit of the doubt assuming she was having a bad day. But as you can imagine there have been several times after and maybe she doesnt know she is being short or rude to, what seems to be only us, but I wanted to make her aware in a polite and professional manner. She works in the apparel dept long black and gray hair when I attempted to get her name she seemed unwilling to and stated it to be liz or liv something of that sort. When we walk up to the register she seems like she is trying to pawn us off to the other cashier. We both work in the customer service business and can understand a bad day or two and how busy a day can try and get you down but it seems to be directed at us two, this makes the both of us very uncomfortable as if she doesn't care for the sight of us. If she is not pleased with what job description she has she could chose to leave or work in a dept where she didn't have to greet customers. We all have a choice to be rude or polite. Everyday isnt going to be a great day but customers do not need to see that or feel that we are in her way or bothersome to her. I appreciate you taking your time and reading our concerns. Thank you

In the service department, I've had the privilege to deal with Gary Williams. Gary is very professional, works with me as a customer, and keeps me informed. In "Motorclothes", Jody and Liz are great. Both have a smile on their face whenever I come in. They're more than helpful in trying to help me find whatever I'm looking for (sometimes I didn't even know I was looking for what I purchased). They make me feel "special" by knowing my name and taking time to visit with me as a person, not just a customer. Eric Perez just sold me a bike that I thought that I'd never be able to own. Eric made the whole process smooth, and was more than willing to work with me. There are others at Legacy that have made my experience with this dealership a positive one, and I apologize for not remembering all their names. Parts department has worked with me on several occasions, and they too have been a pleasure to deal with.
In times like this, where everyone is so busy, and most places of business treat you like a number instead of a customer, it's a pleasure to go somewhere that appreciates you as a person. Thanks Legacy, I appreciate y'all!

We cannot thank you enough
My wife and I were traveling from Phoenix to Dallas/Ft.Worth. My wife had an accident on her Sportster in Pecos Tx. The clutch cable pulled away from the case, dumping the oil. We arrived at Legacy Harley at 5pm with the towed bike. Gary Williams arranged with the staff to repair the bike - which was going to put the guys working past closing time. Cindy stayed with us until the work was completed. Gary, Cindy and all the staff went above and beyond to help get us back on the road to home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A dream come true to own my first Harley Davidson, the dealership is great and everyone I encountered was excellent, if you go here to buy ask for Byron, he is a good man and will listen to you and go to the ends of the earth to help you out, Byron was not only knowledgeable but he never once tried to push me into getting into a bike I didn't feel right about, instead he helped me weigh out the best options and allowed me the time to think on it at my own pace, my overall experience was not only good it was fantastic, legacy will more than likely be my lifelong dealer of choice, my best friend sent me here to Byron and I would send any friend of mine to Byron. – Gary Rogers answered the phone before the dealership was scheduled to open. Sent Joe and Jason to trailer the bike.

My 2014 Ultra Limited broken down in Big Bend ~250 miles from the nearest dealership in Odessa (ECM issue). I had a difficult time and costly experience getting it to the dealership, but once I arrived with the bike the situation improved drastically. As soon as they were informed I was traveling through, the service department did everything possible to get me back on my trip asap. I met up with the group and continued my trip with minimal downtime. Thanks to all of you at Legacy.Forgot to mention, they even bought me lunch while I was waiting on my bike. Well done!
