We cannot thank you enough
My wife and I were traveling from Phoenix to Dallas/Ft.Worth. My wife had an accident on her Sportster in Pecos Tx. The clutch cable pulled away from the case, dumping the oil. We arrived at Legacy Harley at 5pm with the towed bike. Gary Williams arranged with the staff to repair the bike - which was going to put the guys working past closing time. Cindy stayed with us until the work was completed. Gary, Cindy and all the staff went above and beyond to help get us back on the road to home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A dream come true to own my first Harley Davidson, the dealership is great and everyone I encountered was excellent, if you go here to buy ask for Byron, he is a good man and will listen to you and go to the ends of the earth to help you out, Byron was not only knowledgeable but he never once tried to push me into getting into a bike I didn't feel right about, instead he helped me weigh out the best options and allowed me the time to think on it at my own pace, my overall experience was not only good it was fantastic, legacy will more than likely be my lifelong dealer of choice, my best friend sent me here to Byron and I would send any friend of mine to Byron. I was a biker that had a FLHTK breakdown in Midland, TX.
– Gary Rogers answered the phone before the dealership was scheduled to open. Sent Joe and Jason to trailer the bike.
– Joe, Jason, Gary, Craig in service got the bike fixed so I could continue my cross-country trip.
– Legacy treated me with several extras that was not expected but greatly appreciated.

My 2014 Ultra Limited broken down in Big Bend ~250 miles from the nearest dealership in Odessa (ECM issue). I had a difficult time and costly experience getting it to the dealership, but once I arrived with the bike the situation improved drastically. As soon as they were informed I was traveling through, the service department did everything possible to get me back on my trip asap. I met up with the group and continued my trip with minimal downtime. Thanks to all of you at Legacy.Forgot to mention, they even bought me lunch while I was waiting on my bike. Well done!

Yes the store has a scenery to it awesome deal. Everybody in store was very courteous. I give thanks to all Mr. Gray and Mr. Pruitt and the guys who built the bike I bought Softail Slim S all murdered out with custom pipes and bars. Again I know and apologize I bought my bike nearly 5 months ago. Just y'all to know I didn't forget… Ride on…

Eric in sales has always been super nice & friendly. Never pushed me to purchase anything i wasn't interested in & when i had a question about something has always given me an answer. From The first new Harley-Davidson in 2012 to my third new one in 2016, have all been from Legacy. Their showroom floor has every model Harley-Davidson has to offer & its up to you to decide which one will be yours! Parts Dept, 99% of the time has what i'm looking for in stock! That's a great plus for me, cause i can swap out whatever it is i'm replacing & get back to riding! Service Dept, has always done a Great Job when i got a tire replaced or had my rides serviced! I've been there over lunch a few times waiting on my bike & they brought me lunch! That makes it feel all the more like Home!! They have super Knowledgeable Staff in every Dept., all around Great Dealership!!
